This Guidance has beendeveloped in collaboration between the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) and the United National University (UNU) under theproject on ‘Deterring and disrupting illegal trade and management of Waste by developing Tools for Enforcement, Forensics and Capacity Building’ (‘WasteForce’ project).
